Houcine Chougrani is a Research Scientist at the SnT, University of Luxembourg. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in information technology from \'Ecole Telecom Bretagne, Brest, France, in 2016. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Research and Development Engineer at the Department of Telecommunication, Airbus Defence and Space. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Research and Development Engineer at OQ Technology. His research interests include the development and implementation of advanced techniques for both terrestrial and satellite communication focusing on the 3GPP-based protocols
